The song has mainly been mashed up with "Everyday" by Buddy Holly. At 1:39 during the bridge, the song gets mashed up with "Rats Birthday Mixtape" from Rat Movie 2: The Movie. At 1:51, it switches to the original version of the track, albeit with the Matt Sharp vocals only. It switches back to "Everyday" at 2:10.
The FLAC has added visuals; during the "Everyday" segments, the band members on the album cover are replaced with Buddy Holly himself. During the "Rats Birthday Mixtape" segment, its replaced with a Jerma rat. During the "Matt Sharp" segment, it switches to the normal version, but with only Matt Sharp appearing. At 1:55, it switches to the normal version, this time with all the members, before switching back to the "Buddy Holly" version at 2:10.
