At 0:09, the melody of the bassline is changed to "Ren'ai Circulation" from Bakemonogatari. It becomes a full-on mashup with "Ren'ai Circulation" at 0:18. At the same time, the thumbnail fades in to an edited version of itself, with the following changes (all of which are on the album cover):
- The text "JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE" is changed to "JUSTIN BIMBERLAKE".
- The "JUSTIFIED" text is changed to just include the letters "STD".
- The hat that Nadeko Sengoku wears in the "Ren'ai Circulation" music video is put on top of Justin Timberlake's head.
- There is an added shadow behind Timberlake.
- The background is changed to a simple pink color.
At 1:34, JonTron's "WHAT?!" can be heard.
Starting at 3:09, it switches to a mashup with elements of "Piss" by Neil Cicierega, referencing the advertised track's prominent sampling in that song. Not long after at 3:10, the thumbnail switches to yet another edited version of itself, with Timberlake replaced with Cicierega as depicted on the cover art of his album "Mouth Silence" (the album in which "Piss" comes from), and with the "JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE" text edited to "NEIL".
