It then cuts to the song "Never Gonna Give You Up" by Rick Astley (one of the original sources of the advertised track), mashed up with "Rats Birthday Mixtape" from Rat Movie 2: The Movie. Every instance of the word "Michael" has been replaced with Don LaFontaine saying "Johnny", taken from one of the trailers of the 1983 film adaptation of The Outsiders. This joke in particular is also used in "The Outsiders", also by Neil Cicierega, which happens to be the track that comes before "Johnny" on "Mouth Dreams".
