Mr. High Quality is an SCP post created by CuppaBro that parodies the SiIvaGunner channel. Like SiIvaGunner, they post "high quality rips." However, these rips are said to have side effects on the test subjects that have listened to them.
All FLACs of Mr. High Quality on the channel are based off of "tests" that are mentioned in the post. While there is a fan channel that is based loosely on the post, they haven't posted many of the tests mentioned (with the exception of "Slow Ride - Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock").
